Additionally, the official album and playlist for Pokémon Sleep are now available on Spotify, featuring 34 songs from their streaming collection.

Get ready for an even more immersive Pokémon experience! Trainers can now sync their smartwatches with Pokémon Sleep to effortlessly track their sleep patterns and use that data for in-game research. Whether you have an Apple Watch, Galaxy Watch, Google Pixel Watch, or a Fitbit, you can join in on the fun. Apple Watch users can sync their sleep data through the Apple Health app on iOS, while Galaxy Watch, Google Pixel Watch, and Fitbit users can do the same via the Health Connect app on Android.
