I’ve Forgotten How To Blog

I don’t know how to blog anymore.

This blog has gone through so many concepts, themes, and resets that I’ve lost count. For some years, it has been a personal blog. For a while, it was focused on minimalism. I tried my hand at video game news reporting and enjoyed this, but I couldn’t keep up with the required speed.

But when I look back, I miss a personal blog to share thoughts and longer-form ideas. I don’t always have a place on social media to share longer thoughts, and social media also adds more stress to my life than I would like. I have reduced my social media presence to YouTube and Bluesky after I reached my breaking point with Meta’s hostility towards their users.

From today, I try something new. This is my space. I post whatever I want. The formats will be random and scattered. It may be a single video or a list. I will attempt to create an old internet experience for myself. I don’t want to relive the early days, but we gave up having our record of things for posts on social media. I want to bring that back home again.

The worst that can happen is another reset.

The controller’s design incorporates Astro’s distinctive blue accents on the handles and buttons, intricately carved sci-fi lines, and the trademark whimsical pair of eyes on the touch pad. It is truly a remarkable piece of art, and we are thoroughly pleased with the final outcome here at Team Asobi.
