Welcome to another installment of Sunday Morning Links!
It is great to be back on the site and updating again. If you haven’t already, please check out Monday’s post. Of course, on my first full week back I lose two days due to a technical issue, but SSL is now working. Hopefully, Google is much friendlier to the site.
Eye and Ears
Presentation: The Four – What To Do \ A brilliant presentation from Scott Galloway, Professor of Marketing at the NYU Stern School of Business and Founder of L2, that shares how the traditional rules of business don’t apply to the Big Four (Apple, Amazon, Facebook, and Google) and identify ways that brands and companies can fight back.
Podcast: The Wizarding World of Influencer Marketing from Under the Influence | Terry O’Reilly is a brilliant marketer and story teller. His podcast should be in your rotation. Even if you’re not in the sales or ad game, the insight the show provides is eye opening.
Comedy: Meet the social media influencer family | Keeping on the CBC and Influencer trend, we have a short video from This is That, a CBC comedy program. If this is where society is heading – we’re doomed.
Music: A Black Mile To The Surface by Manchester Orchestra | A release that may get missed with the hype around new Arcade Fire. Manchester Orchestra have never disappointed me with release. I expect this album to be on repeat most of the week.
Stream: LadeeDanger on Twitch | One of my favorite people on the internet and the person I am always most excited to see every BlizzCon now has a sub button! Congrats Brittany!
